What areas do you service?

 We services clients in Georgia and surrounding areas.

How long will my creation last?

That depends on the environmental conditions and if the creation is air-filled or helium filled. A regular  helium balloon has a lifespan of about 18 hours.  Air-filled creations can last for days or even weeks under the right conditions.

What items are mine to keep?

All balloons are yours to keep! Any equipment used in the event must be returned as stated in the signed event checklist.

How soon should I book my Event?

 In order to allow enough time to create the details of your order, we require that all events are booked at least 2 weeks in advance.

How and When do I pay for my Event?

 In order to book your event, we require a deposit of 50% two weeks prior to your event date and the remaining balance due one  week before the event date. Dates requested 2 weeks or more in advance will require a $75 non-refundable deposit to secure that date. The $75 is applied to the events total.

How do I pay?

All payments must be made via credit/debit card, check or money apps.  

I have to cancel my event. Can I get a refund?

All deposits are non-refundable. However, you may simply reschedule your event for another available date. *No refund will be made after delivery has been made or accepted.

How soon must I reschedule my event?

Rescheduling must be done within 7 days of cancelation and cannot exceed 4 months from original event date planned. *original arrangements stand. 

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes. The delivery fee is based on your location and follows the IRS standard mileage rates.
